You studied communications, advertising and public relations. Where did you see yourself working when you decided to study this career?
Since I was 5 years old, I had a clear answer when people asked me “What do you sweden consumer mobile number list want to do when you grow up?” I wanted to study to be a journalist . At that age I didn’t really know the difficulties and tasks of the profession, but I was fascinated to see people sitting in bars reading that big paper notebook. I was fascinated by how after reading a news item, they would stay talking about it and reflecting on the future of the country. And what’s more, I loved seeing journalists on television, doing interviews, in all kinds of situations. The power that those women emanated gave me a feeling of energy, courage and determination. And of course, writing is my first love .
When I decided to study communication, advertising and public relations, I saw myself exactly as I was when I was 5 years old. In my head I would have been a journalist , writing for famous Italian newspapers.
Your first jobs were somewhere between journalism and advertising. Did they help you decide what you really wanted to do? Why?
Yes, knowing both areas certainly helped me a lot . Although for a long time I had only thought of dedicating myself to journalism, when I discovered advertising a parallel world opened up for me . I began to independently inform myself about marketing and its various channels, and the more I learned, the more I fell in love with it. We can say that if journalism was my first love, marketing, especially digital marketing, was my second and greatest love .
In this field I also saw more possibilities to develop my skills and more opportunities for success in my professional career . So I chose it or, as I like to think, it chose me.
