Salesforce vs. HubSpot: Cosa ne pensano gli utenti reali?

Post by mdsakilmdsak0987 »

The following comparison is entirely based on user usa phone number list reviews which are:

Written in the last year
From small and medium business reviewers
Pubblicato su G2 , Capterra , Trustpilot e Better Business Bureau
Con valutazioni sia positive che negative
Our methodology consists of the following phases:

Read all reviews to extract key review snippets.
Structure your review snippets according to 7 different criteria (see below)
Summarize these fragments into a readable text format for you.
Extract user review scores for each criterion from G2 (when possible).
The criteria selected for this comparison are largely aligned with those used by G2 to review software products. I have added the criteria "integrations" and "pricing" and combined the criteria "quality of support" and "ease of doing business with" into a single criterion.

Il structure I use for the Salesforce vs. HubSpot comparison is as follows:

Image

Ease of use: Is it actually usable?
Ease of administration: How easy is it to keep up to date?
Ease of setup: What do you need to get started?
Does it meet the requirements: Does it do what it's supposed to do?
Integrations: Can it be integrated as expected?
Support: Do you get help when you need it?
Pricing: How much does it cost?
Bottom line: Salesforce vs HubSpot – Which CRM is better?
I understand that you are trying to compare our main competitors HubSpot and Salesforce, but forgive me if I mentioned our competing product, Salesflare , along the way because:

If you’re looking for a better CRM option in any way, you’ll see that real users give Salesflare higher ratings than Salesforce and HubSpot across all criteria.
And if you can't find a better alternative, you can still enjoy the fruits of my deep CRM experience and continue reading below to understand which CRM is best for you!
Have fun

Ease of use: Can it really be used?
An absolutely essential question to ask when choosing the right CRM for your small business is: Will your team use the software? After all, if they aren’t using the CRM , there’s relatively little point in even purchasing and implementing it.

This is the first criterion where we can find a big difference between HubSpot and Salesforce.

HubSpot reviewers are generally positive about its ease of use, although opinions are a bit mixed:

"HubSpot is simple" (HubSpot)
"Too much clutter and too much to do" (HubSpot)
"It's easy to use" (HubSpot)
"A little busy" (HubSpot)
"Relatively intuitive" (HubSpot)
“Multiple UX flows make no sense” (HubSpot)
In short, while HubSpot is relatively easy to use, it seems to suffer a bit from its increasing complexity.

The feedback on Salesforce when it comes to ease of use, however, is absolutely brutal.

Here are some quotes from Salesforce reviews that sum up the overall trend:

"It's difficult to navigate and clunky" (Salesforce)
"What seems simple is not. The sheer complexity of the entire environment is astonishing" (Salesforce).
