Startups TaxDown, Plexigrid, Fregata Space, Oscillum

The startups TaxDown, Plexigrid, Fregata Space, Oscillum, Corify Care and Last.App have won the EmprendeXXI Awards, promoted by CaixaBank, through its division specialising in technology companies DayOne, and co-awarded by the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Tourism, through Enisa.
According to a statement issued by CaixaBank, the award ceremony was held within the framework of the 'South Summit 2022' and was attended by the Director of Business and loan data Entrepreneurship at CaixaBank, Ana Díez Fontana, and the head of Enisa, José Bayón.
Nearly 100 people participated in the selection of the award-winning companies, representing the main players in the entrepreneurial ecosystem. Among them were representatives of the main venture capital funds and corporations.
TaxDown (Madrid) has won the award in the BancaXXI challenge. It is a startup that helps Spanish taxpayers to have their tax returns reviewed by tax experts in an easy, accurate way, ensuring maximum savings.
In the CiudadXXI challenge, Plexigrid (Asturias) has been awarded for its solutions to the electrical sector to solve the problems that arise with the increase in consumption and distributed production.
Fregata Space (Catalonia), dedicated to earth observation to discover the level of pollutants in bodies of water using artificial intelligence, has won the PlanetaXXI challenge.
Oscillum (Valencian Community) has won the SemillaXXI challenge. It specialises in food and develops smart labels to indicate the freshness, safety and quality of food through a colour change, from the producer to the consumer.

Corify Care (Madrid), which focuses on cardiac arrhythmias, won the SilverXXI challenge with a product and technology that allows more doctors to treat more patients more efficiently and effectively.
Last.App (Catalonia) won the ViveXXI challenge. It seeks to facilitate the administration and management of restaurants with software that allows the daily operations of the restaurant to be integrated into a single platform; from the dining room, orders and reservations to takeaway and POS.
