You've probably seen this video at least once, and I never get tired of doing so. I love showing it to new salespeople, showing them everything they can achieve and how you, as a leader, can drive them to achieve their goals.

This is definitely one of my favorite motivational videos for salespeople . It needs no introduction or explanation. It has it all.


The price of being different
In this video, Daniel Habif tells us some really important administration directors email lists things: stop hanging out with people who don't encourage you to try new things, life is too short to not want to try something new and if you're willing to do anything, you have to accept the price it has.

Stop self-sabotaging, stop thinking that the world, destiny and people are against you or that you don't have the privileges of others to achieve your dreams.

You have nothing to lose, leave the fear behind, I promise you, absolutely everything is worth it.


Dreams are dreamed of, goals are worked for
Have you ever dreamed with all your might? If your answer is yes, the next thing I have to ask you is, did you work to make it come true?

This is the difference between a dream and a goal. A dream is something we want, but it remains just that, a wish and a desire. On the other hand, a goal is something we fight for every day and we give everything to achieve it.

Humberto Ramos was a fan of superhero comics since he was a child. Now, 30 years later, he became the artist of the comic “The Amazing Spiderman”.

How did he achieve it? He didn't let it remain as a mere wish, he made it his goal until he achieved it.
