General characteristics of the KPI of a marketer
Key performance indicators (KPIs) of marketers' work will help to evaluate the level of relevant work that is applied in the company to promote the business.

For example, sales managers use a standard italy whatsapp set of parameters – number of calls, conversion, sales volume. Marketers have a more complicated assessment: they need to measure several characteristics of their work to find out which tools are productive and which are not very profitable.

In order for a manager to understand how his marketing department functions, no special knowledge is required. It is necessary to select KPI (Key Performance Indicators) that will show the effectiveness of the marketing analyst.

Regardless of the job responsibilities of the promotion specialist, KPIs must have four properties:

Measurability (the ability to measure the result in the future).
Purposefulness (the indicators should help in achieving the main business goals).
Individuality (the parameter should reflect the work of a specific specialist).
Proportionality (correlating the obtained effect with the expenditure of resources).
These criteria may be general, but they all form the basis for analyzing a marketer's work.
