Loomly allows you to provide feedback directly within Post View. You can leave comments that are either public or private:
Public Comments: Visible to all users, fostering open communication and brainstorming.
Private Comments: Only visible to tagged users, ideal for client interactions. This lets teams hide brainstorming conversations from clients to avoid any confusion.
Update post state and assign collaborators
Once your post is ready for the next stage, you can easily change its post state. This enhances visibility for all team members and clients involved, whether the post is ready to be scheduled, awaiting for further approval, and more.
Assigning specific collaborators also keeps relevant users informed about updates, ensuring everyone stays in the loop.
View end-to-end copy history
Gain full visibility into your content's evolution with the newest end-to-end copy history feature. In Post View, you can track updates made by you and other users. If you need to revert to a previous version, simply copy the text, edit the post, and paste the original caption back in.
In Post View, you can always preview the post on how it looks before it gets published to ensure content is perfect before setting it live.
Content exports for easy offline collaboration
For teams working with clients outside of Loomly, the content export feature allows you to export individual posts in PDF format for feedback. Additionally, you may export an entire month’s worth of content from List View or Calendar View, making it easy to share with clients or team members.
