The exported ticket uses the account time instead of the agent time.
When you exported tickets to HTML or PDF, the time in the exported file was incorrect. This was because the time was exported according to the time zone set for the account in the database, while in the panel the time was correctly displayed according to the time zone of the agent's PC who exported the ticket. This fix unifies the time again so that the same time is displayed in the panel and in the exported ticket.
