That's the big question. At a time when a brand's followers are often the ones generating content, often of quality, how can we take advantage of them and use them on our own channels?
In this context, several tools have appeared that make it possible to satisfy this insight. In this post we will specifically focus on Olapic .
What is Olapic?
Olapic is a social commerce tool that not only allows you to get the most out of an influencer marketing strategy, but also from the content of your followers themselves. It turns content into the brand's most valued asset.
A hashtag is used to monitor published content and then gmail email list integrate it into the channel where it has been decided to be implemented: website, social networks, email marketing…
How to take advantage of your users' # to liven up your emails?
At Digital Response we have used this platform in the email field for one of our clients, Havaianas .
The idea was to create a strategy to engage customers. As we said before, take advantage of the content published and shared through a hashtag on social networks to create a section in their email where these images would be displayed.
Designing and placing your followers' posts in a part of the email was a way to thank them for their dedication and the trust placed in the brand, to create a closer relationship with them and, why not, to have a much more original and fun email !
Here you can see the section we are talking about:
Olapic allows us to choose from a sea of user images and select those that best fit our email campaign.
In the case of Havaianas, each time we open the email, the images change , that is, they are updated automatically. This means that opening an email several times does not mean seeing the same content.
The idea came about in the following way. We thought: why don't we make the images change from time to time and thus create a photographic section within the email campaigns? In this way, instead of being a simple photo gallery, it becomes a space where the best images shared by clients are dynamically displayed. And this is how we ensure that no email is ever the same, since as we said, if we open it several times it will always show new photos without making any effort in selecting and preparing the images.
