You can speed up and simplify your work and increase your productivity with Google Bard Extensions. I tried to show you how to use these extensions with some examples below. Of course, since I wanted to explain these examples in a simple way, the prompts I entered are also simple. For this reason, you can increase the potential of artificial intelligence and get better results by entering detailed prompts.

Youtube
Once you have the plugins turned on, you can ask YouTube to search for a specific topic and, even more, ask it to give you information about any video you want.

Or you can give a link to a specific YouTube video and ask them to create a social media post about that video.

Google Flights & Google Hotels
With Google Flights and Google Hotels extensions, you can find the most suitable flights and hotel deals for the dates you specify. In the example below, I said that I was planning a trip to Hamburg in January 2024 and that I would research flights and hotels. Even with this simple prompt, the results it gave were very successful. You can get more specific results by detailing the prompt you gave, specifying your budget, hotel standards and dates.

Gmail
Gmail summarization You can use Bard's Gmail extension to find and summarize your emails. This can be especially useful if you have an inbox full of time-consuming emails like spam, promotions, newsletters, etc. In the example below, I asked Zeo to summarize my latest Newsletter email for me.

Google Maps
Using this extension, you can create a travel plan for a city you will visit and ask for the best restaurants in the city. In my example below, I said I was traveling to Istanbul and would be staying in Kadıköy. I asked for a fine-dining restaurant recommendation for dinner. Google lists its recommendations according to their scores and then shows their locations on the map for directions.

Google Drive
Using this plugin, you can ask it to find any file in your Drive that you don't remember the name of. For example, I asked Bard to find the certificates in my Drive and I didn't specify any specific names. It didn't list all of them, but with a few more tries, I was able to find all of them.

Or you can read a file you specified and ask it to summarize for you. In my example, I asked it to read a file named Test File and extract important points for me and I got a really successful result. Of course, the language it uses can be improved with prompts.
