We are slowly approaching a new year and tourism marketing continues its process of constant improvement. It is difficult to venture into making a forecast that is 100% true to reality, but at Asiri Marketing we are encouraged to provide our vision of what the trends will be for next year and what we should take into account so as not to get lost in relation to the new trends.
It has not been an exhaustive analysis, but we have based ourselves on daily experience and cross-referenced it with the media, technical and situation trends of other markets, which have led us to draw up these 10 marketing trends for the tourism sector that will mark the evolution of some of our actions this year and in the years to come. These are the trends that we at Asiri have provided and that we hope you find interesting:
Customer Experience greece email address Model. Marketing as a natural extension of the Sales Department and focused on improving the customer's purchasing experience and not on selling, selling, and selling.
Video ads will dominate. Introduction of videos in Google SERP, thus boosting the “classic” promotional video on YouTube
Mobile will continue to be “On Fire” . Mobile continues its upward trend in traffic, supported by changes in Google’s algorithm to penalize non-adapted websites.
Positioning in assistants. It will be increasingly important to have a presence in assistants such as Siri or Cortana to help us find the necessary information.
Virtual reality will no longer be virtual. Powerful companies are willing to develop this technology and large funds are willing to make it so.
Channel integration . Work on integrating technologies, media, platforms, etc. will continue to be a constant, as the gap between online and offline is becoming smaller and smaller.
Big data made more accessible . A great year to justify the establishment's decisions based on data mining obtained from both internal and external sources.
Video and live streaming. Video generation and consumption will continue to be more important in, with the emergence of accessible streaming platforms,
