2. Inside Pages
The inside pages are easy. You can fold the printed documents or leave them blank. You can use specialty papers available at bookstores, but for the binding, you'll need to do a little research on how to bind your book. If you decide to fold, don't fold them all at once. When closed, the inside pages will pop up. Do this in sets. Make about 3-4 folds and arrange them.

To bind a book, you can use thread, springs, metal rings, or screws. Use your binder to temporarily bind the pages. Leave about an inch of space for the fold. With adult supervision, use a hand drill that creates small holes in the area near the fold. When finished, use your binding material of choice.

3. Cover
It's best to use a hard, sturdy cover, such as cardboard. Decide on the thickness and cut it larger than your pages. Have three sheets of cardboard for the front, back, and center. As with any other cover, it needs to be protected. You might use the following for wrapping: canvas, leatherette, wrapping paper, textured paper, and so on. Glue your desired material onto the cardboard. Leave the heavy book on the cover and let it sit overnight.

The next day, glue the pages to the cover using a glue gun. Sew them properly. Don't worry about messing up the book because it will be hidden. Test your book to see if it will open properly and seal. Use a clean bond paper to glue the inside cover and the first page of the book. It will hide all the glue. Do it again on the back.
