While I was working at the Tourist Office, one day we were offered a basic course on Digital Marketing (E-mail marketing and Social Networks), and that was when I really started to have an interest in this sector. When I finished the course, I decided that I wanted to know more about the subject. At that time I also felt a bit stuck in my workplace and I really wanted to continue studying something else that could open doors for me in the future. That's when I decided to enroll in an on-site Postgraduate Course in Digital Tourism Marketing.

You then worked as a Community Manager for Marsol Hotels & Resorts. How was your first experience being able to work in digital marketing within the tourism sector?

After finishing my postgraduate studies, I found a job in a hotel chain and there, apart from making reservations, I managed the social networks of 4 hotels and a restaurant.

At the same time, you decided to take the Advanced Technical Course in Social Media Strategy with us and later our Postgraduate Course in Ecommerce. Why did you choose these areas to specialize?

While I was working, I decided to take the Higher Technical Course in Social Media Strategy (online) to learn and specialize further. Shortly after, my contract ended and that's when I realized that I needed stability that the tourism sector hadn't yet given me. So I decided that I wanted to focus 100% on the Digital Marketing sector and end up working in a Digital Marketing agency.

I enrolled in the Postgraduate Course in Ecommerce, Promotion & Strategy because I considered that the subjects offered by this Postgraduate Course were ideal for continuing my education.

How has what you have learned helped you in your career?

Thanks to the Postgraduate course I have learned very useful tools such as SEO, Linkbuilding, Google Ads, Google Analytics, among others.
