New templates for websites
If you are subscribed to our communities on social networks, you may have learned about the preparation of this release in advance. For everyone else, the news that we have added 8 new adaptive templates will be doubly pleasant
New templates are already available on all uCoz servers, you can find them under the following numbers: 1811, 1812, 1813, 1814, 1815, 1816, 1817 and 1818 .
And to make your site update easier and faster, we've added instructions for editing each template to our knowledge base .
Update plans
In the New Year, we will pay a lot of attention to the development of the "Online Store" module, not forgetting about the rest, in particular the informers section. Here, your activity is traditionally important to us! Therefore, we remind you that you can leave current wishes for uCoz system updates through the special uWishlist portal. It is moderated by us regularly.

Also, to test templates, you can create a test site for testing and you can conduct your experiments on it and install templates for testing.

There are simply stores that are in line to leave uCoz. And there are stores in line to be created, but due to the lack of necessary functionality, they will most likely not be created or will be temporary. I would like to understand what kind of updates the online store will have, maybe then it makes sense to wait...

I wouldn't count on it, honestly.
Last year, we accepted requests for improvements to the news module and planned to do this regularly with each module and improve them. https://blog.ucoz.ru/ucoz/new-year-2019
As a result, we collected a bunch of requests, put them on a list, said "we're about to start" and then silence — https://blog.ucoz.ru/ucoz/uwishlist-news
Actually, no other modules received anything either.
A whole year without updates, they brought templates, widgets for the admin panel and that's enough. I don't use all of this, because the new admin panel still works very slowly.
And this is far from the first time that something is promised in this blog but then successfully forgotten.

The guys haven't forgotten anything, it's just that the Ucoza code itself is technically outdated and won't be updated anytime soon, which requires funds. And in my opinion, it's easier to write from scratch than to deal with a bunch of code that will have a sea of glitches.
