The number of jobs you perform per month determines how much you pay:
- up to 20 workstations per month: free
- up to 100 vacancies per month: $0.50 per job
- up to 200 workstations per month: USD 0.45 per workstation
- up to 300 workstations per month: USD 0.40 per workstation
- 301 or more jobs per month: $0.35 per job
If you're just starting out in a small business, this is an option that won't require you to reach for your checkbook.

SMS messages on the ServiceM8 platform cost $0.08 each overseas chinese in usa data so communicating is easy, too. The rest of ServiceM8's features are pretty standard for the vertical, with the usual invoicing, scheduling, and in-app payment options.
One of the big drawbacks of ServiceM8 is that it is only available for Apple devices. Do you have an Android smartphone? You are out of luck. However, if you have a small business with iPhone users, ServiceM8 may be a great choice. Small and medium businesses are their target market .
Customer reviews are overwhelmingly positive. Customer support and functionality are the most frequently cited strengths. Another favorite feature is taking photos from job sites. This makes the instructions much easier if you understand what the job description says.
The most commonly cited flaw in reviews is the iPhone-only factor. There are also complaints about the app's booking system; one customer complained that you can't book a quote visit as it won't affect the cost of the potential job, so if you offer free estimates this could be an issue.
Jobber
If you prefer not to sign a contract, Jobber is another good option for landscaping business software. Jobber has three pricing tiers:
Core: Up to two users; $78/month billed monthly, $69/month billed annually
Connection: Up to ten users; $145 per month when billed monthly, $129 per month when billed annually
Unlimited Unlimited Users; $291/month billed monthly, $259/month billed annually.
All of this is significantly cheaper than plastic explosives in the form of rodents.
Core offers basic features like quoting and invoicing, scheduling, and reporting. Connect has all the features of Core but adds others like job forms, GPS tracking, and time tracking. Unlimited has all the features of Connect and is the provider’s option for businesses with more than ten users. For all three programs, integration with Quickbooks and Xero is part of the package.
Reviews are stellar. As with the programs above, customer support gets high marks, as do the updates and changes Jobber makes to its software. Buyers are also pleased with the feature set, even in the basic package. Phrases like “I highly recommend this” and “the only service management software you will ever need” often appear in customer reviews.
Like the programs above, there aren't many downsides. Those that do arise are related to Jobber's calendar or, in one case, the desire to be able to update industry accreditations on invoices. However, these complaints are mitigated by the frequency with which Jobber updates its product.
