This three-course specialization (plus a capstone) is essential for hotel managers looking to strengthen their industry knowledge and learn about current trends. In addition to learning the fundamentals of hotel distribution, you can also learn how to effectively market hotel services while maximizing business revenue. The Beginner Specialization is not required. The total cost for the full certificate is $336, although you can also take specific classes within the specialization for $79 each.
Listening to the Customer through MIT OpenCourseware
This non-specialized graduate course allows you to go at your own pace as you conduct research on how customers use and buy a product. MIT's OpenCourseware takes you through six lectures with lecture notes, assignments, and recommended readings. There are no certificates or credits for completing this course, but it's free.
