Renato and Omar created the software to create electronic spreadsheets and are now looking for clients in the region.


Renato Silva and Omar Lavy met while working at a software company. When they realized that the service they offered was not the most suitable, they decided to set out on their own.
"At first I was skeptical about Omar's proposal, since I have a child to feed and I couldn't give up my job stability," says Renato.
His partner's perseverance made him change his mind and they ended up creating the company Alvisoft . "The first three years were the tightest, but we knew that nothing was rosy. In addition, we were clear that software is like wine: it needs a period of maturation," says Omar.
At first, his family was wary of the cyprus number screening income that Alvisoft could generate. "But we have always been clear that Peru has a high potential for systems workers, but investment in innovation needs to be expanded , so most people prefer to leave the country," say the partners.
TAILOR-MADE The great opportunity for both entrepreneurs came when Sunat ordered that all companies have electronic payrolls.
"Companies were starting to ask for this software and we designed it. We were one of the first," says Omar enthusiastically.
The first job they did was for a customs agent, where an assistant guided them on the subject of forms.
Although it was the only business offering such software, Omar and Renato decided to provide the service for free in order to attract more clients and receive, in return, the experience that these clients could provide them.
In five years, his company already has 200 active clients, including large, medium and small businesses.
GROWTH The short-term goal of both entrepreneurs is to position their brand as the leader in creating electronic spreadsheets.
And not to rest on their laurels, they have also started to contact some buyers of the software in Chile and Colombia . The first export is expected to take place at the end of the year.
