“Virades of Hope” retrospective

The Virades de l'Espoir are organized in several departments in France. It is a national day of leisure, mobilization and collection allowing everyone to participate in several ways in the fight against cystic fibrosis. Wherever you are, there is bound to be a Virade de l'Espoir near you!
The donations collected during these days constitute an important part of the resources to obtain small and large victories in medical research and the support of patients suffering from this disease.
Beyond the cause defended, the Virades de l'Espoir are very festive events, where everyone can enjoy the sporting, gourmet and artistic activities organized, and participate in the fight as much as they can.
Our participation in the Virades de l’Espoir
Last Sunday, September 25, the hipto team was at the Jardin d'Acclimatation in argentina telemarketing data Boulogne-Billancourt to participate in the Virade de l'Espoir de Paris, and provide physical, moral and financial support in the fight against cystic fibrosis.
Part of the team took part in the Course du Souffle: 5 hiptonians ran the 5km and 7 others took on the 10km! Beyond the effort and the symbolism of giving one's breath in favor of the fight against cystic fibrosis - which, let us remember, is a genetic disease that affects the respiratory, digestive and genital systems - participating in this foot race raised a large amount of money for the association.
And as the hipto team never does things by halves, we also had 2 stands during this day: a gourmet pancake stand, and an animation stand where we offered young and old alike a wide choice of 2-3 minute mini films to watch in virtual reality using VR headsets.
Also, we provided goodies to the organizers of the Virade de Paris so that they could integrate them into the Virades kits, sold to visitors and participants, always with the aim of collecting donations for the association, and to allow everyone to enjoy small gifts, tickets for activities and other rides.
A day dedicated to sharing and commitment to the Association Vaincre la Mucoviscidose!
Key figures from this day against cystic fibrosis
In total, 500 crepes were sold thanks to our gourmet stand! The entire hipto team worked hard to collect as many donations as possible: 700 euros were collected! As for our VR animation stand, 97 euros were collected. Could do better, it seems that the visitors and participants were more #teamgourmands than #teamgeeks
All the money raised from these 2 stands was donated in full to the association!
hipto also made a nice donation of 15,000 euros to the Vaincre la Mucoviscidose association. The fight against this disease affects us a lot, closely or remotely for each of us, and we sincerely wanted to participate as best we could. The sums collected make it possible to support patients and their families in every aspect of their lives, turned upside down by the disease. Research against cystic fibrosis is based on 3 essential missions: cure, care and live better, raise awareness.
turns of hope turns of hope turns of hope turns of hope
It was on a very positive note that our first participation in the Virade de l'Espoir de Paris ended! A great collective dynamic within the team, and superb feedback from the volunteers and organizers regarding our visit! A day full of sharing, solidarity and emotions in the service of a great cause, what more could you ask for! Unforgettable memories and a very enriching experience for each of us.
Thanks again to the entire organization of the Virades de l'Espoir and to all the volunteers. A special thanks to Jean Rousseau, Frédéric Gérard, Chei-Line & Kévin Bramard, and of course, thanks to all the visitors and participants!
