Notes: Keep Relevant Information in One Place
Notes are a simple and convenient way to share relevant or helpful information with your team. Whether it’s important details about a customer or the topic being discussed, notes help keep everyone in the loop.

To activate note mode, you can either use the toggle switch in the bottom right corner of morocco whatsapp phone number the composer or use the shortcut “N” when the composer is inactive.

If you want to make sure someone on your team sees a conversation, you can use the “mention” feature. Simply turn on note mode and mention one of your teammates by typing “@” followed by the name of the teammate. This way, they’ll be notified immediately and directed to the conversation.
