Effectively converting prospects into opportunities depends on a strategic follow-up strategy. Here are some concise, yet impactful tips:

Prioritize quality, not quantity: Keep messages short and relevant to avoid overwhelming potential customers (consider a TL;DR format).
Keep a conversational style: Avoid sounding like a sales pitch or listing features. Use a friendly, casual tone and focus on building relationships rather than pushing for a sale right away.
Harness the power of AI: Use AI to create messages, incorporate phone leads customer stories, research roles and accounts, summarize LinkedIn profiles, and more.

Converting prospects into opportunities
After reaching out and qualifying a lead, it's time to convert them into an opportunity. Here's how:

After accepting the lead, fill out the required fields on the form to provide the Zendesk team with information about the opportunity.

Click the Convert to Opportunity Record button. The lead will move from Opportunities → Opportunities Pending Approval and will be sent to a Zendesk representative for approval. Once approved, the lead will move from Opportunities → Open Opportunity Records and Zendesk will work with your team to complete the deal.

After adding your unique tracking link to any Zendesk.com web page with a lead generation form, log in to Partner Connect to review your leads. Accept or decline as needed and follow up to create opportunities. Together, we can turn these leads into successful deals and achieve mutual success.
