- In your classes, what methodologies and resources do you use?

- What do you think about continuing teacher training ?

There is always room for improvement. I know that teacher centres do a great job in many communities to offer quality training to all teachers, but I also know that there are communities where, with the arrival of cuts, these teacher centres were eliminated, but I believe that if you are interested in learning and training, you always find opportunities to do so.

- A current area of training is new technologies in the classroom. Do you think they will do away with the chalk board ?

One thing that I find very funny is the new technologies. We have been calling them that for twenty years because we do not fully believe that they are already part of our daily lives, although in colombia phone data education it is still a little behind. We have to be aware that technology is not so much a tool to continue doing the same as always, but that our students need it to be competent in the world they have to live in.

As a teaching resource, ICT is very powerful, offering a window to the world and an infinite number of possibilities that chalk cannot give you. Even so, I believe that the two options complement each other, depending on the use you give to each one.

"In class we are taking our first steps in STEM ( Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics)."

I use my digital whiteboard resources a lot (they are useful for more things than just watching movies), we are taking our first steps in STEM , and I try to use the scarce resources that the administration offers us.

- And what do the students like? The students love FORNITE but I don't know if their work in the classroom would be very compatible.
