40 % of Peruvians are dissatisfied with their workplace , according to a survey by Trabajando.com . Likewise, 60% would consider changing offices even if they were paid the same salary .
In this regard, the business and human development consultancy Transformacción points out that this situation is generated not only by the discomfort and frustration on the part of the employee but also by the lack of commitment from the company .

"Talk to your colleagues before talking to your superiors . The meeting can be held in the office, if the topic is work-related," he says.
