The second richest man in the world, Mexican Carlos Slim , has managed to manage his business conglomerate in a disciplined manner. And this has not been a random or improvised management. Over the decades, this businessman has developed a simple but effective recipe, which he has passed on to his work team.
1. Simple structures. Organizations that have a minimum number of hierarchical levels can make decisions more quickly and flexibly.
