Which newsletter service should I choose?

Summarizing the previous points, I advise you against unifying the management of the site and that of the newsletters within your WordPress because it is not a platform designed for this type of activity and even if your site is on a hosting costing thousands of euros per month it will still suffer the slowdowns I was talking about.
If you are ready for criticism and want to answer me "Be careful Andrea, many plugins allow you to configure an external SMTP server that allows you to delegate sending emails to external services" I would like to make you reflect that by doing so we have solved only one of the problems I was talking about and that there is always the risk that a lot of data will still live in our database.
Even though there are configurations that will allow you to delegate the most “demanding” operation to other servers , it must be recognized that with the possibility of connecting an external SMTP server we only solve one of the points that I pointed out to you a moment ago. The list of subscribers, the statistics and the emails themselves will continue to live in the same database where WordPress is installed and in the long run this will inevitably slow down your site forcing you to change hosting plan.
If I have convinced you and you have also decided to delegate the management and bahamas phone number data sending of your newsletters to an external service, you are now faced with a new question:
There are hundreds of alternative solutions that allow us to send newsletters to our subscribers but I personally always recommend MailChimp . This service has been around for many years and has a great deal of experience behind it, it also allows you to start your own newsletter business for free by allowing us to sign up up to 2000 people and send 12000 emails/month.
