Post by rUparaHmaN014 »

Influencers are witnessing the end of their glory days. After years of dancing in the limbo of the legal vacuum , countries such as Spain , Italy and France are beginning to tighten their regulations to keep influencers on a tight leash.

In Spain, the law began to take shape last guangdong mobile phone numbers database year, when the Ministry of Economy and Digital Transformation prepared a draft royal decree with the aim of imposing new obligations on influencers with incomes of more than 500,000 euros per year and with more than two million followers on at least one platform.

However, it seems that this is not enough. UTECA (the association that groups together the majority of commercial television channels that broadcast and operate in Spain) has issued a statement with objections to this draft royal decree , as they consider that these measures are not very restrictive and call for greater control.

Agencies specialising in influencer marketing estimate that only 0.82% of Instagram influencers and 2% of TikTok influencers reach the figures initially set by the Government.
