They are Carlota Pi, Guillermo Alén, Óscar Pierre, Inés Arroyo and Pep Gómez.

The Spanish economy and companies are evolving towards new business models that take advantage of cutting-edge technologies and are integrated into the so-called digital economy to respond to the needs of consumers and society in general.

A transformation that is being driven loan data largely by young Spanish entrepreneurs, who from their sectors of activity are betting on innovating and breaking the established rules.

The Instituto Coordenadas indicates that this is a complex labour panorama in terms of access to employment opportunities, combined with excellent training and mastery of digital skills, the increase in entrepreneurial vocation and a global and innovative vision of the business sector has meant that, in recent years, one in five young Spaniards is considering creating their own business, something unprecedented in Spanish culture.

This trend is consolidating, according to the latest data from INE, which reveal that during the month of February 2022 alone, business creation increased by 5.1% more than in the same period in 2021.
