Post by [email protected] »

With many of the industry's top IT and marketing professionals leaving, companies are trying to boost productivity through quiet hiring. Is this a significant problem for the online marketing industry, or an opportunity to reinvest in existing employees?

In the midst of the post-pandemic burnout culture, many undervalued and exhausted employees began to do the bare minimum of work duties in order to save energy and maintain their mental health. In our country, other reasons for depression and decreased work capacity were added to the already difficult moods after Covid. In addition, many valuable personnel left the country and switched to remote work. At the same time, it became impossible to fire low-performing employees due to the fact that there was already a shortage of them in many niches.

Silent hiring is the latest trend where companies try to increase their productivity by having current employees take on roles outside of their job descriptions to avoid hiring more people. Companies that practice silent hiring also tend to hire contract or temporary employees to take on additional tasks without having to pay someone a full salary.

While this is certainly not a new concept, it has gained a lot of popularity in the post-pandemic world.

Yes, most often he will cope worse, but he has a general understanding of these types of activities. However, as a result, it will be less effective and even more expensive than outsourcing from specialized specialists.
