How to organize your workspace if you are starting a business

Post by arnaorni666 »

Today I have the pleasure of inviting you to read a post by Yola Rodriguez in which she will teach you how you can organize your workspace if you are starting a business.

Yola is a home staging expert from Malaga who decided to change the course of her life and fully embark on the world of decoration, her passion.

In this post, she teaches us how to organize our desk, how to choose a suitable chair so that we are comfortable for hours and other organizational tricks that will make our entrepreneurial life easier.

I leave you with Yola and I hope you put into practice all the resources she offers us!

When we decide to start a business, there are many tasks and organizational paperwork that we have to do. Choosing the logo, corporate colors, doing a market study, defining the ideal client... And many times we forget something very important, which is designing the workspace where we are going to carry out our activity. That place where we spend hours in front of a computer, preparing courses, budgets, projects, emails...

Starting a business is not easy, and if you do it alone and from home, it can be quite frustrating. You need a very structured organizational plan, which thanks to Beatriz and her courses, we have made easier.

Today I want to give you some tips to organize your workspace so that you have everything at hand. There are no more excuses for distraction!

You can adapt these tips or ideas whether you are going to work from home or if you have decided to rent an office.

What is clear is that it has to adapt to your tastes and needs. It is not the same for an entrepreneur who needs a small workshop as for someone who only needs a table and a computer to have her office ready.

But something that will always help you focus is being able to visualize the entire space, distributing it in such a way that you have everything at hand and that you don't have to get up and go to another room to pick up the photocopies. Why am I telling you this? Because if you're at home, you might think of putting on a washing machine along the way.

Let's look at the different elements that a well-structured off australia whatsapp number data ice should have and that will help you be more productive.

Desk.
Chair.
Low shelf or storage unit.
Project board.
Decoration.
If you are like me, and as my family says, you spend the day working, these elements are very important to avoid dying in the attempt.

1. The work table
It should be as large as possible. Obviously you will have a space that you will have to adapt to, but don't buy a very cute table that doesn't even fit your computer, because you'll regret it later. It's very important to have space for your computer, your diary and a workbook.

Personally, I like light, Nordic-style furniture. It should be fresh and help to enhance the light. Natural wood is another material that also brings warmth to the space.

If the desk also has drawers to store papers or office supplies, even better. Everything will be more organized and tidy.

2. THE CHAIR
I put it in capital letters because it is super important, since depending on the one you use, your back will suffer more or less. The best thing is to look for an ergonomic chair, with a soft seat and an adjustable backrest. But if you don't like them, look for chairs with a straight backrest that support your back as much as possible.

Blue upholstered chair with wooden legs
The part of the seat should be a little padded or you can put a cushion on it. Keep in mind that you are going to be sitting there for many hours and although it is good to get up and stretch your legs every 40 minutes, it is better if you want to sit down again.

The wheels issue depends on your taste. For example, I like them without wheels, so I
