3. WhatsApp "Broadcast Lists" (For One-to-Many Messaging)
This is a specific feature that allows you to send a message to multiple contacts at once, similar to a BCC (Blind Carbon Copy) email.

How it Works:
You create a Broadcast List and add contacts to it from your WhatsApp contacts.
When you send a message to a Broadcast List, it appears as a private chat message from you to each recipient individually.
Recipients do not see who else is on the list.
Crucially, for a recipient to receive whatsapp number list your message from a Broadcast List, they must have your phone number saved in their own phone's address book. If they haven't saved your number, the message will not be delivered to them, even if you have their number.

Open WhatsApp.
On Android: Tap the three vertical dots (Menu) in the top right corner > "New broadcast."
On iPhone: Tap "Chats" > "Broadcast Lists" (top left) > "New List."
Select the contacts you want to add to the list.
Give the list a name (optional, but recommended for organization).
Use Cases: Useful for individuals or small businesses who want to send a message to.
