This joint initiative by the Portuguese Digital Economy Association and the Portuguese Confederation of Commerce and Services aims to help create an online presence, thus attracting more national and international customers and better promoting the services provided and/or products available.
Digital Commerce Program Objectives
The Digital Trade Programme is an opportunity for companies to skype database from the potential of the digital economy. The main objectives for implementing this initiative are as follows:
Mobilize Portuguese micro, small and medium-sized entrepreneurs to digitalize their businesses;
Create and nurture a digital presence;
Capture new customers, physically and digitally;
Access new national and international markets
Incorporate technology into business models;
Dematerialize and optimize processes with customers and suppliers through the use of ICT.
Support and Incentives for Digital Commerce
There are some initiatives promoted by the digital commerce program, we highlight the following:
3 in 1 Voucher
Companies that join the Digital Commerce program receive free “3 in 1” vouchers for a period of one year: registered domain (.pt), a website building and hosting tool and emails.
Roadshow
Information sessions and workshops on digital business are planned in 150 locations across the country, with the purpose of promoting the project, as well as providing essential digital marketing tools. Check dates and locations here .
