Introducing HubSpot CRM with Daniela from HubSpot

At the beginning of the webinar, we focused on HubSpot CRM itself. Daniela from HubSpot emphasized that HubSpot is a platform that covers all areas of business and helps companies with marketing, sales, and customer service. She added that "the core of HubSpot is the contact card, which all users have access to across the entire company, which means that marketing, sales, service, content, and even operations teams work with the same view of the customer."

We also talked about onboarding, which is key when implementing a CRM, bahrain phone number data but according to Daniela, it is quite lengthy with most other CRMs. HubSpot, on the other hand, is easy-to-use and as she mentioned: “All HubSpot solutions are built on the same infrastructure, so the user experience across individual hubs is essentially identical. During the Autoarti presentation, Vojtěch described the three pillars on which we, as a company, build what we do. "The first pillar is to inspire companies. And the third pillar is to help companies switch to these platforms, migrate to them, train their own teams, and set up business and marketing processes so that it all works."

He added that Autoarti is still a smaller company that is choosing the platforms it will focus on. "There is a beautiful G2 website that summarizes software and compares them with each other. We focus on the upper right quadrant of the best products on the market." Autoarti recently became a HubSpot gold partner and we have been active in the Czech market for the past year and a half in a wide range of areas.
