specific result, assign a specific role to the AI.
Like a role play, tell the machine what its character is.
Example:
"Act as the marketing manager of company X, which produces product Y".

Establish a context
Be clear about who you are addressing and what you want to achieve .
Example:
“I would like to address our B2B cameroon whatsapp resource customers, mainly engineers, and inform them about the launch of our new product Z.”

Set a format
Specify the structure and ideally the number of words expected .
Example:
“Write me a newsletter that presents the new product Z, with a catchy 10-word title, an intro paragraph and a more complete body paragraph. Add the appropriate emojis.”

Specify the desired tone
Setting the tone may seem secondary, but it is very important. Using a tone that is too friendly or too educational can be completely counterproductive , or even repel your audience.
Example:
"Write with an expert and professional tone."
