Do business with people who believe in your same why and work with passion to achieve it. I worked with Giovanni and Michele Ferrero for years and I understood that passion is contagious . Today, after many years, I understood that all of Michele Ferrero's decisions had a solid compass behind them that guided them: knowing why his company had to be in the market . The generational transition and the change of management put this clarity of intent at risk.

Don't confuse the Why with the company mission . 95% of company missions on websites are the same, banal, long, boring, copied and never explain the why in a nutshell. In short, company missions are often useless and nobody reads them. To write the company mission you need balls, synthesis and clarity of the why. Even to do personal branding on yourself you need a why.
