We often make the mistake of thinking that our sales will increase solely and exclusively through customer acquisition.

But have you analyzed what happens when we get customers and they don't come back to our store?

There is no doubt that we must integrate a loyalty strategy into our company because the long-term relationship with a customer is what will really generate great benefits for us.
