In a sometimes difficult professional world, where competition is fierce and where everyone would like to throw the cover for themselves, some stand out by overturning the codes. This is the case of the LinkedOut initiative, a concept founded by the Entourage association, which aims to insert precarious people, even homeless, into the world of work. By sharing the CVs of these people deprived and deprived of any professional contacts, often stigmatized and excluded from society at large, members of the LinkedIn network can help them by transmitting them.

Including people who have been excluded, helping the reintegration of men and women who have been thrown out of the working world by accident, offering visibility to those who are afraid – is there not a nobler use of LinkedIn?
Profiles Men and women who have had difficult experiences, who have lost everything, who have fled extreme poverty to find someone who is hardly less, who live in social centres or even on the streets, and who are looking for a job for themselves. “Get out”. Simply put. We are far from the objectives that are usually met on LinkedIn, and those who talk about “ increasing sales ”, “ developing your professional network ” or “ building a personal brand ”. With LinkedOut, LinkedIn can help people “get ahead”. The social adjective of the network then takes on its full meaning.
Each candidate is supported and trained by a volunteer from the Entourage association who has received special training , so that the reintegration takes place under the best auspices. Supported by Randstad, the interim agency, LinkedOut is a project with humanistic motivations, which has understood that the world of work is fundamental to recreating social ties and an identity of people who have nothing left.
